Antidote Processing Inc. – Terms & Conditions for BC Direct Delivery to Retailers

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Antidote Processing Inc. (“Antidote”) under our BC Direct Delivery program, you (“Retailer”) agree to the terms set out below. These terms govern all purchases and deliveries conducted under this program.

2. Eligibility & Licensing

  • Retailers must hold a valid cannabis retail license in British Columbia.

  • All deliveries must be to addresses located within British Columbia.

  • You certify that you are legally authorized to receive cannabis product at the destination provided.

3. Ordering & Pricing

  • Orders must be submitted via our designated ordering process.

  • Pricing is in Canadian dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes or fees.

  • Antidote reserves the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel any order in the case of inaccuracies.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are fulfilled using Canada Post and/or authorized courier services.

  • Delivery hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time.

  • The delivery recipient must be prepared to provide valid government-issued ID proving they are 19 years of age or older.

  • If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one available, ID not presented), the product will be returned to Antidote the same day and redelivery must be arranged.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order and associated restocking fees.

5. Title, Risk & Inspection

  • Title and risk transfer to the Retailer upon successful delivery.

  • The Retailer must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt and report any issues in writing within 10 business days.

  • Failure to inspect or report within the stated period constitutes acceptance of the shipment as-is.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All cannabis product sales are final.

  • Returns will only be accepted for regulatory recalls or product defects.

  • Claims of damage or non-conformance must be made in writing to love@antidoteprocessing.com within 10 business days of receipt.

  • Valid claims may result in replacement product, credit, or refund at Antidote’s sole discretion.

  • Order cancellations must be received before the order is processed and dispatched. Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled.

7. Compliance & Liability

  • Retailers agree to abide by the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act, Cannabis Distribution Act, and all applicable federal and provincial regulations.

  • Retailers are responsible for ensuring compliance with in-store handling, security, and record-keeping obligations.

  • Antidote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the delivery or use of cannabis products.

  • Antidote retains the right to refuse service, suspend deliveries, or terminate accounts where non-compliance is identified.

8. Force Majeure

Antidote shall not be held responsible for failure to perform or deliver where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier service disruptions, regulatory changes, strikes, or government orders.
